About Us

Welcome to our website! My name is Tom and I am a web developer. My wife, Jade, is an art teacher. Together, we have a beautiful family of five. Our children, Alice (5), Isaac (2 and a half) and Charlotte (2 months old) keep us on our toes and fill our days with laughter and love.

We live on 2.5 acres of land where we have the pleasure of raising chickens, turkey, peafowl, and geese. We also grow a variety of fruit trees, vegetables, and flowers. We believe that being connected to the land and learning about where our food comes from is an essential part of living a fulfilling life. We also think that it's important to teach our children the same values, and that’s why we decided to start raising animals and growing our own food.

As a family, we strive to live a simple and sustainable lifestyle, and we hope to share our experiences and insights with you through this website. We'll be sharing our successes and failures, tips and tricks, and everything in between as we navigate through the challenges and joys of raising animals, gardening, and homesteading.

We also hope to share our journey of balancing work and family life, as we both work full-time jobs and try to make time for our passions and our family. We hope that by sharing our story, we can inspire others to pursue their passions and live a fulfilling life.
